HOW TO REACH THE FIELD
FOR PLAYERS AND SUPPORTERS:
A private bus will depart from Antwerp Station (in front of the conference venue) at 17:45 and will bring you directly to the Garrincha Antwerp South facilities. Return transportation is also arranged: the bus will leave Garrincha at 20:45 and drop everyone back at the station.
This service is free of charge for all players and supporters.

FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO TRAVEL INDEPENDENTLY:
Here’s how to get to the venue using public transport from Antwerp Central Station:

Take Tram 4 (direction: Hoboken) from Antwerp Central Station.

Get off at the stop Lageweg (approx. 30 minutes).

From the stop, walk 5 minutes to Garrincha – Antwerp South at Lageweg 356.

You’ll need to purchase a valid De Lijn ticket for the tram. You can buy it via the De Lijn app, from a ticket machine, or directly at the station. For alternative routes or up-to-date travel suggestions, feel free to check Google Maps.
HOW TO REGISTER
To participate in the Soccer Tournament:

Register for RADECS 2025.

In Step 3: Registration Info, find the “Social Program” section.

Tick the box: “Soccer Tournament on Wednesday, 1 October.”

Please indicate whether you’re signing up as a player or a supporter.

Registration closes on Thursday, 31 July 2025 at 23:59 CEST.
PLAYER PROGRAM
17:45 – Departure by private bus from Antwerp Station (in front of the conference venue) to Garrincha
18:15 – Tournament and awards ceremony
20:45 – Departure from Garrincha to Antwerp Station
21:15 – Arrival at Antwerp Station
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
We kindly inform you that, in order to participate in the Soccer Tournament, you are required to sign the Waiver of Liability.
Please note that the waiver must be signed by both players and supporters. This requirement also applies to supporters, as the tournament will take place at a venue different from the official RADECS 2025 location.
No waiver will be collected by email. We kindly ask each of you to bring a printed and signed copy of the document to the registration desk when collecting your badge. Please be aware that those who have not signed the waiver will not be allowed to join the tournament, either as a player or as a supporter.
T-SHIRTS
Upon arrival at the venue, players will receive a t-shirt (please remember the size you requested).
You will need to bring your own shorts and socks.
