information for PRESENTING AUTHORS

Presentation Guidelines for Accepted ORAL Papers
Authors of accepted oral papers are required to prepare their presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint in widescreen format (16:9).
A suggested template is provided HERE.
While you are free to use your own template, please ensure that the RADECS 2025 logo is included on the title slide.
Please observe the following guidelines:
-Ensure that text is clearly legible and that all graphs and figures are properly labeled.
-Each presentation is allocated 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers.
-We recommend a pace of approximately one slide per minute, resulting in about 12 slides in total.
Accepted file formats for the presentation are .ppt, .pptx, or .pdf.
Please upload your presentation to RADOCS by Friday, September 26, 2025. This is a firm deadline.
Before your session:
-Session Chairs will reach out to schedule a short meeting at the presentation area. This will be an opportunity to review the session procedures and check the available equipment.

-An on-site Audio/Visual (A/V) Team provides a dedicated room for previewing your slides. We strongly encourage you to review your presentation there in advance. The A/V room will be open during all conference hours.
For any additional questions or assistance, please contact the Session Chairs.

Presentation Guidelines for Accepted
POSTER and DATA WORKSHOP Papers
Authors of accepted Poster and Data Workshop papers are required to print their posters and bring them to the conference.

The usable display area corresponds to A0 format in portrait orientation (height: 1189 mm, width: 841 mm).
There is no required template; however, you are encouraged to include the RADECS 2025 logo in your design.
Please ensure that the text is clearly legible, and that graphs and figures include all necessary labels and are easy to interpret.
The size of the lettering is crucial. Text must be clearly legible from a distance of 1.5 meters, as multiple attendees will gather around the poster boards during the session. We suggest using a minimum of 14-point font size for all text on the poster, including captions and chart legends. For the main body of your text, an 18-24 point font is preferable.
Use high-contrast color combinations between text and foreground to make the text easily readable. Additionally, be mindful of audience members with Color Vision Deficiency (“colorblindness”) and select colors that are distinguishable.
Posters must be affixed to the poster boards using stickers or double-sided tape. Pins are not permitted.
Stickers will be provided in the poster area at the conference venue.
Posters that simply involve placing typed or handwritten A4 paper sheets onto the poster board are not acceptable.

Posters may be mounted starting at 12:00 noon on Tuesday and must remain in place until the end of the conference. All posters must be removed by 18:30 (6:30 p.m.) on Thursday.
Please be aware that any posters left behind after this time will be discarded.

An image of the poster (accepted formats: PNG or JPG) must be uploaded via RADOCS by Friday, September 26, 2025.
For any additional information or assistance, please contact Stefano Bonaldo and Serena Rizzolo (Poster Session Co-Chairs)
