EXHIBITION AREA
By exhibiting at RADECS 2025, companies will benefit from extensive exposure to our international, focused attendance interested in industry innovations.
The industrial Exhibition will be located at the Conference Venue in the main atrium hall, where coffee breaks and the Exhibition Reception will take place, to guarantee the maximum visibility for all exhibitors.
Posters and Data Workshop will also be displayed near the Exhibits. All attendees have to go through the Exhibition area to go to the auditorium and to see posters and data workshop, maximizing the traffic flow to all areas of the exhibition.
EXHIBITION HOURS

Your booth will be ready from 15:00 on Monday September 29, and the set-up must be completed by 18:00 pm.

Industrial exhibition will start on Tuesday September 30, at 8:00 and end on Thursday October 2 at 16:00.

Dismantling will start from 16:00 on Thursday October 2.

IMPORTANT!
HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR SPONSORSHIP/EXHIBIT
1) Complete the Sponsor/Exhibitor confirmation form.
2) Don' t forget to upload your logo!
There are two different types of logo required:
-
vector graphic (.eps or .ai format) in 4 colors (4c) for print purposes
-
jpg, png image for digital use
3) Payment can be made via bank transfer. Alternatively, you may request to pay by credit card by contacting the Organizing Secretariat, after completing the Sponsor/Exhibitor confirmation form.
4) A confirmation email will be sent from sistemacongressi@registerme.eu with a summary of the selected items.
5) Payment will be due by March 1, 2025, or a company will lose their sponsorship or exhibit.

Sponsorships items will be reserved upon receipt of full payment on a first-come, first-served basis.

PAYMENT - INVOICE - CANCELLATION POLICY
Prices do not include ITALIAN VAT (22%). Only Italian Companies are VAT taxable therefore 22% VAT will be added on their final invoice.

Sponsorship confirmation form properly executed by the applicant, shall constitute a valid and binding contract.
​

100% payment due upon receipt of the invoice or by March 1, 2025.
-
Invoice will be sent as soon as the sponsorship confirmation is received
-
IMPORTANT: let us know in advance if we are supposed to receive a Purchase Order or a Vendor Form to be filled, before issuing our invoice.

The sponsorship will be activated upon receipt of payment

Cancellation requests received prior to April 1, 2025, will be refunded, less € 500 processing fees, within 30 days of the request.
Exhibitor refunds requested after April 1, 2025, will be considered after the conference ends in October, 2025. If financially possible, the Exhibit costs will be refunded less a € 500 processing fees.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - EXHIBITION AREA
The RADECS 2025 Organizing Committees retains the exclusive right to approve sponsorship applications and sponsored items (advertisements, bags, lanyards, etc...)
The RADECS 2025 Organizing Committees and Secretariat will not be liable for damage or loss to a sponsor’s or exhibitors’ properties through fire, theft, accident, or any other cause while at the Conference venue whether the result of negligence or otherwise.
Exhibitors
​Any customization of your exhibiting space is subject to an additional fee.
Exhibiting companies are subject to the safety and health rules of the conference venue.
