Are you a Master’s student, PhD student or young professional intrigued by the effects of radiation on electronics and systems? RADECS 2025 – Europe’s leading conference on radiation-hardened electronics – is opening its doors to a limited number of motivated students for a unique side event: the YoungMinds@RADECS.

WHAT IS IT?
The YoungMinds@RADECS is a dedicated half-day program tailored for Master’s students and young researchers from across Flanders. This event offers a chance to:

Explore real-world applications in the space and electronics industry

Network with international professionals and fellow students

This is a side activity with limited access. Participation is free of charge, but subject to approval. Registration is required.

You’ll also have the opportunity to visit the RADECS 2025 industry exhibition, where leading companies and institutions present the latest technologies and research in the field.

EVENING ACTIVITIES
After the sessions, join the student group and the Student Program Coordinator, Esmee Tackx, for an informal dinner followed by a relaxed networking event — the perfect way to unwind and connect with fellow participants.

Evening Schedule:
18:30 – 20:00 | Informal Dinner @ ARivé Restaurant (Lindner Hotel)
20:00 – 22:30 | Networking Event @ Lounge & Bar (Lindner Hotel)

The informal dinner will begin at 18:30 and will take place at the ARivé restaurant in the Lindner Hotel, Antwerp. This dinner is optional and will be at the participants’ own expense.
​
Following the dinner, the networking event will start at 20:00 in the lounge & bar of the Lindner Hotel. Participants will receive drink coupons, and snacks will be provided during the event. Any additional drinks beyond the provided coupons will need to be paid for by the participants themselves.

Please note that both the dinner and networking event are optional. You’re welcome to join one, both, or simply attend the afternoon sessions — whatever suits you best.
