
RADECS
Association Student Grants

The RADECS Association will award three student grants that fully cover the registration fees for both the Thematic Workshop and Technical Sessions at RADECS 2025. These grants give students the chance to:

Present their research to a leading international audience of experts in the field.

Expand their network by meeting researchers, engineers, and industry leaders from around the globe.

Deepen their knowledge in cutting-edge technical workshop and conference sessions in field of radiation effects.

ELIGIBILITY:
-
Students must be currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program.

Students must be the first author of a submitted paper to the RADECS 2025 conference.

HOW TO APPLY:
First-author students can apply for the grant by submitting a brief motivation letter (max. 100 words) that addresses the following questions:​
“How will attending RADECS 2025 advance your academic/professional development and contribute to your current studies or career goals? How would the grant facilitate your participation in the conference?”

Please, include the paper title and the session it was submitted to. Letters should be sent to ygor.aguiar@cern.ch and your name should be included in the subject line of the email: “[Student Grant] – Your Name".
