The M2L programme will award up to two grants worth USD 1 500 each to help a student, post-doc or young professional (within ten years of their highest degree) attend RADECS 2025. In return, recipients commit to volunteering at the NPSS Membership Table for at least two hours per day during the conference. Eligibility requires:

• an accepted RADECS 2025 abstract and current IEEE + NPSS membership (please include IEEE membership number);

• a brief PDF application (max. 2 pages, 12-pt font) answering four questions on motivation and prior volunteering:

1. What motivates you to want to volunteer at our conference?

2. Please describe a previous volunteer experience and what you gained from it.

3. Have you volunteered at an IEEE conference before? If yes, please describe the role and your experience.

4. What are the reasons that you became an IEEE member?

• ≥ 1 letter of recommendation (1 page) from a supervisor, mentor or senior colleague.
